We value your time and ours. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR CLIENTS WHO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES OR LATER THAN THEIR SCHEDULED TIME! Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of services as a cancellation fee. PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO OUR VARIOUS SERVICE PRICES EFFECTIVE 10/24/2023. PAYMENTS MUST BE CREDIT/DEBIT, APPLE PAY, OR GOOGLE PAY. All services are final. NO REFUNDS.

Services needing more than 2.5 hours require $100 deposit. This is NOT an extra charge and is fully deducted from the overall cost. The remaining balance will be due, the day of your service. For assistance with booking your appointment(s), you must contact the receptionist via email and/or directly at 206-723-1115 or 480-806-5840. Have your card information available with the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the deposit. Your appointment will be scheduled as soon as the deposit is received.
SALON & SCHOOL Hours of Operation (Federal Way services done by students) Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7pm Closed Wednesdays Saturday: 10:00am-7pm Sunday: 10:00am-6:30pm We offer child friendly locations and children should be salon ready. Please have consideration for other guests and stylists. **ALL PRICES ARE MINIMUM PRICES AND CAN INCREASE BASED ON LENGTH AND DENSITY OF HAIR AS WELL AS TIME REQUIRED TO ACHEIVE DESIRED STYLES!! ***Wig Installation is a full service. Full service includes wash, blow dry, braid down, and installation. Further customization of the wig may include additional charges which will be identified at the consultation. We do NOT have a Lost & Found Department. Make sure you keep all your personal belongings with you. Anything left behind can and will be discarded. We are NOT responsible for any personal items. I.A.N.A. offers classes to our students to assure quality services. On scheduled days we have an instructor or guest speaker teach new techniques, trending styles, and services that are popular by demand. We require models of certain services for our students. Keep in mind, we receive lots of requests for free services. We ask that you be patient with our class schedule. |
